Refund Policy

Last updated: 26 September 2026

Thank you for using CutBloke. CutBloke is an online platform that allows salon owners ("Salons") to create salon profiles and list their services, and allows customers ("Customers") to discover and book those services. This Refund Policy explains how refunds work for both Salon subscriptions and Customer bookings.

1. Salon Subscriptions

Salons pay CutBloke a recurring subscription fee to use the platform. The subscription fee is based on the size of the Salon, as described on our pricing page.

No refunds. Subscription fees are non-refundable, including for partially used billing periods. We do not provide refunds or credits for unused time, unused features, or for downgrading to a smaller plan.

Cancellation. A Salon may cancel its subscription at any time by contacting us at support@cutbloke.com. After cancellation, the Salon will keep full access to CutBloke until the end of the current paid billing period. The subscription will not renew, and no further charges will be made.

Plan changes. If a Salon changes to a different subscription tier, the new fee will apply from the next billing period unless we state otherwise at the time of the change.

Billing errors. If you were charged incorrectly (for example, a duplicate charge, or a charge after a confirmed cancellation), please contact us within 14 days of the charge. If we confirm the error, we will refund the incorrect amount to your original payment method.

2. Customer Bookings and Service Payments

Payments go to the Salon. CutBloke does not take payment for salon services. Customers pay the Salon directly for any service they book, in the way the Salon accepts payment. CutBloke does not receive or hold Customer payments for salon services and is not the seller of those services.

Each Salon sets its own cancellation and refund policy. Every Salon on CutBloke is responsible for setting its own cancellation, rescheduling, no-show, and refund policy. Customers should check the Salon's policy with the Salon before booking.

Requesting a refund. Customers can cancel a booking using the booking tools in the CutBloke app or by contacting the Salon directly. To request a refund, Customers should contact the Salon directly using the contact details on the Salon's profile. Any approved refund will be issued by the Salon according to the Salon's own policy.

Service quality issues. If you are unhappy with a service you received, please raise it with the Salon first. Salons are solely responsible for the services they provide.

How CutBloke can help. Although we cannot issue refunds for payments made to Salons, you can report a Salon to us at support@cutbloke.com if:

  • The Salon did not provide a service you paid for and refuses to refund you;
  • The Salon did not follow its own stated refund policy; or
  • You believe the Salon acted fraudulently or misleadingly.

We will review reports and may take action on the Salon's account, such as warning, suspending, or removing it from the platform.

3. Processing Time

Refunds for CutBloke billing errors will be processed within 7 business days after approval. Refunds issued by Salons will follow the Salon's own timeline. In all cases, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
